The weather is finally getting warmer, a sunday afternoon out in Great Falls Park (20 mins from where I live.

Europe:
Ispra is a small town on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, in northern Italy. I was there for a workshop at the Joint Research Center.
Frankfurt is the financial center of continental Europe and also the home of the ECB, was there for a conference.
Paris the most visited city in Europe. Was there for a long weekend trip.

Budapest the Hungarian capital, was there for the EEA-ESEM conference. Visited the famous Castle hill and Hero's square.
Prague one of the most beautiful Western Europe countries. Many places are worth visiting and also the beers are so cheap there.
Spain is full of history, culture, arts, beaches. You name it, it has it. Some selected photos from Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid and Toledo.
Rome was once the center of the Western civilization. Many buildings from this era still exists today (though not in its original form). The Collesseo and Vatican city are definitely worth the visit.
Hong Kong Have been passing through HK quite a lot lately but haven't manage to take many photos yet.
Macau an old Portuguese colony, now a special adminstrator region of China. A friend took me up to the sky tower, awesome views.
New Zealand (my home):
Queenstown probably one of most visited town in NZ. Awesome views, lots to do (if you have the money).
Catlins one of the hidden treasure of NZ, near my home.
Australia (lived here for 4 years):
Dinner with friends at Graduate house(December 2006).
Brisbane Paid my cousin a visit in Brisbane/Gold Coast again before he starts his job at EY (November 2006).

Wollongong Nan Tien Temple Even though I am not buddist, but I like visiting temples, this is the biggest buddist temple in Australia - I think (July 2006).
Perth I was in Perth for commodity price and exchange rate conference hosted by the Economics at UWA. I visited few quite a few places during my 1 week stay (June 2006).
Gold Coast I was visiting my aunty in Gold Coast, got forced into going to the Movie World this time. Roller coasters are definitely not for me (May 2006).
Washington DC (first trip in 2007 for three months):
Smithsonian Museums The Smithsonian Institution is home to 19 museums and 9 research centers. I am not sure if I will get to visit all of them, check out the ones I have been so far.
White House can't get in but had a peek from the gates.
Washington DC some interesting and nice buildings around the place.
The Library of Congress one of the most beautiful federal buildings in Washington, the artwork inside was amazing. The Library is the largest library in the world, was founded in 1800's with more than 128 million items, check it out here.
Capitol Hill a very familiar sight. Look closely, the mini lake is frozen. The dude with the shot gun is also pretty cool as well.
National Art Gallery one of my highlights. The artwork collection from 13th to 19th Century is amazing, 13th to 15th Italian must be my favourite. Includes artwork from Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Jan van Eyck etc, here's the link.
Chicago I was in Chicago for the ASSA conference. One of the nicest cities I have visited so far.
New York I spent Christmas in New York City, lots of people heaps to do. I visited many places including the Empire State building, Liberty Statue, Madame Tussauds Wax museum and of course Time Square.
Boston is one of the oldest cities in the US. It is famous for its history related to "freedom Trail" and today it hosts some of the best Universities in the world including Harvard, MIT and Boston College.
Buffalo and Niagara Falls Buffalo used to be one of the thriving cities in the US between late 1800 and early 1900. Here there are heaps of historical buildings including the world's first sky scrapper etc. Niagara Falls...spectacular!
Toronto is the largest city in Canada and fifth in North America. There were a lot to see, the CN tower (tallest building in the world) was definitely the highlight.
Asia Trip 2005-2006:
Bangkok I was in Bangkok for a total of 3 weeks. In the first two weeks, I assisted for the preparation of the CGE modeling course held at the Chulalongkorn University.
Kuching Kuching is the capital city of Sarawak, East Malaysia. A very beautiful city.
Damai Beach Resort the beach resort where I spent 3 days contemplating on the meaning of life during the Christmas period. Didn't want to leave!
